Excellent staff travel, ad hoc charter commission, yearly bonus and pay rise. A good starter airline for people ho have not flown before, you learn a lot and very quickly.
Cons
Creative scheduling patterns, crew control are sneaky, management, long trips, crew clicks, lack of career progression. Lack of extra training. 2 crew operation.
