Pros
- Pay was competitive - Flight benefits are nice - Nice to work for a brand I use myself - They are trying to invest more into IT (at the time I was there), hard work being put into turning the ship around - Nice cafeteria at Waterside office - Staff shuttle bus from Heathrow Airport - Nice people
Cons
- Disorganized - Office (Waterside) was busy and had poor equipment. Hard to find desk with a decent (or any) monitor, seats were uncomfortable (many of them basic without wheels) and not enough of them. Imagine working in a school classroom. - Had to pay for coffee at the office - Not enough water dispensers around the office - They use MS Teams - Morale seemed pretty low amongst other employees
