Pros
good pay flexi time if you are in senior post you can overshadow your juniors easily and take credit of what they have done.
Cons
flexi time means you will regress testing somedays all throughout the nights and weeks. just looking at pay dont fall for the company. Need to improve a lot as MNC to sustain. Hirearchy is not maintained
