Pros
lots of chance to learn and work together with many excellent engineers. much information is open to all employee in case he tried find it.
Cons
I don't think managing the organization is good because only partial people are contributing and there are not a few people hard to know what they are doing. And a certain team seems to be sustained for a political reason.
