      The best reasons to work at Vmware were the vision, the portfolio of products, the people, the talents

      Cons

      Now with Broadcom lean and mean approach, reduction of portfolio, 0 empathy message from the CEO " get your butts back in the office".. it feels like IT 30 years ago

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
