      Pros

      VMware used to be a very good company, with the acquisition everything has changed.

      Cons

      No work from home. Pantry used to be stuffed with food items, now we are left with only tea and coffee. There used to be lot of flexibility in the working style, now we have to go to office at any cost. No hikes. No innovation.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
