Pros

Vision: Capital One’s mission to Change Banking for Good really resonates with me. A company where the bottom line is not the only consideration in business decisions and where there’s a genuine commitment to bringing humanity to banking. Culture: A respectful, passionate and collaborative environment that works towards a unifying vision to Change Banking for Good. Design Team: An aspiring leader who has built a fully-rounded team of passionate experts who champion the user and good design across the business. Facilities: Beautiful and spacious new offices at the White Collar Factory in London with an abundance of quirky places to work and collaborate with others, either face-2-face or remotely via the Surface Hubs that are located throughout the office and meeting rooms. I’m especially excited by our purpose built, in-house Research Lab which we use to gather insights about our customers and evaluate products in development.

Cons

Dogs: I miss taking my dog to work :(

Pros

Environment was good, food was decent, free food at my location (dont know if it was allowed but it was good)

Cons

The rittenhouse location is managed by a tyrant, he is an incredibly toxic man and upper management make it the most unbearable place to work. Andy will ask you to come in on days you're not scheduled, and then hold it over your head if you don't. Talks about employees behind their backs constantly. No respect enforced employees talked about each other all the time and there was even name calling in meetings, management did nothing. Worst place I've ever worked in my life frankly and affected my mental health in the worst way. Glad to be out out of there. The place itself has potential but the management at the Rittenhouse branch and above them is absolutely terrible in every regard.
