Nothing. Micromanaging prevents anything positive.

Incompetent management and lack the decency to properly lead. Horrible people, horrible place, like a young Boston. Micromanagement; leadership does NOT know what they're doing; technology is stuck in 1990s; constant meetings that rarely product results; in nearly every meeting management feels the need to berate one of their direct reports in front of over 40 employees.
