      Pros

      Allows some remote work. Alot of great benefits. Overall good to work for. Good people. Great place for diversity. Good work life balance although they are reducing work from home.

      Cons

      Technology can be behind. Sometimes too large. Sometimes upper management making decisions that should be left to lower management. They were fully remote for a long time but now forcing on site partially (Even when you don't even have any co-workers in the local site)

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      Cons

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
