      Work Life Balance Pay Stress Culture Bonus's are awful Raises are 2% per year at best. The rating system they use for evals.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
