      Pros

      Good packages like pension, dental and health. Friendly teams with various events happening in the office.

      Cons

      A lot of people are facing burnout especially with the “restructuring”. Redundancies being made placing a heavier workload on colleagues left. Not a lot of support for those being let go with the process feeling cold and dismissive. Fragile job security.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      Cons

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
