      Pros

      PTO and health benefits are very good compared to other banks.

      Cons

      Exploitative, to the point where schedules or regular work hours are not followed, forced to do other people's jobs without extra compensation. Forced to stay past your time constantly no matter what. You are treated like punching bag by customers and higher ups. Standing up for yourself and setting clear boundaries is seen as a threat.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      Cons

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
