Pros
In my case, my job responsibilities consist basically in attending calls and discussing topics with people around the globe, so I improved my english and soft skills a lot. Really talented people work for the company.
Cons
Company processes are very complicated, makes it hard to get things done. In terms of technologies used and best practices a bank is not in the cutting edge... So be prepared some long and sometimes boring calls. Salaries are tied to union agreements meaning there are no raises. Getting a promotion takes 2 years minimum.
