Pros
If you work hard , if you are willing to work overhours you can get promoted. I got to know helpful, talented people in the team and I met there my best teamleader. Required support from the management and training is provided to fulfill the daily tasks. Trainings are well-organized. Relative high salaries. Huge variety of social events.
Cons
There are loads of social events, meetings, team huddles. Of course these can be pros as well but sometimes it is really frustrating that you don't know when to complete your daily tasks because of your tight meeting schedule. Poor, steril, 10 years old style work environment. Constantly changing team structure, processes and systems.
