Pros
The company is so big that there are many opportunities to obtain a varied work experience. They company is also very good about providing training, both ongoing and new skill development. You are also working for a company with international cachet.
Cons
It is easy to get lost in the shuffle. Here, the size plays to the company's detriment. One could easily feel like a cog in the machine, dehumanizing one's belief in one's self worth. There also isn't much corporate sense of loyalty. This is probably pretty true of most large corporations, but consequently, it leads to less loyalty among the employees as well.
