      global company, great opportunities, lot of changes, opportunities to learn form different business and countries, great people, facilities to learn, decision making, opportunities to growth

      Cons

      high speed business! no time to loose, change is the business as usual, and if you dont like been in a world of change this might be a con (i dont have cons because i liked a lot my job!)

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
