      Well know brand name in the CV for future interview

      Cons

      Management not learn from the recent crisis. Instruction from the top management not being take up serious by those middle management. Just do some figure adjusting work to please to shareholder and management.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
