If you want to work your butt off in a place where no speaks or takes lunch and enjoy being bullied and blamed by managers for their shortcomings, this is the job for you. Don’t bother raising any issues to senior management, they don’t care and will do nothing to help you. Everyone in Citi is convinced they will be the next CEO and will step on anyone to get there.
