      Long hours but still fun environment. Can be overwhelming at times. Should hire quality business school associates.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
