Senior management is no doubt competent but communication throughout the company is often too little too late in relationship to importance of the message. Corporate culture is conducive to a satisfiying professional and disiplined work envirnoment and good performance is rewarded.
Cons
Senior managment running scared and there is a trickle down effect which fosters a fear based work culture.
