Highly international environment, very merit-based. Lots of travel and opportunity to interact with all sorts of people colleagues and clients.
Cons
You can get lost in the crowd. There are some cliques. Some people are very pushy and aggressive even. If you allow yourself to be treated like a doormat then that is probably what will happen. Standing up for oneself while still appearing to be a loyal hardworking employee who puts the company first at all times is a hard line to tread
