      Cons

      Not allowed to take leaves and only female candidates are favored who can attend late night parties. Male employees are supposed to work like labourers

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      Cons

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
