      Cons

      Extremely long hours. Never ending work pressure throughout the year. Too much office politics and bum licking managers. No bonus. Technology guys are seen as slaves to business and they act as Gods.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      Cons

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
