micro managed to the hilt....and every manager is different....and they bounce you around managers like a hot potato and then since their "way" is different ...you get dinged and no bonus. The whole atmosphere is childish.....silly bike races....pep rally that is to try to force feed the jibberish they spew down your throat....as if you have no brain......unrealistic expectations.......this position is geared for high school drop outs....sad....but true.....and just think....john q public is not being served....you are not allowed to really help anyone....it is a circus if you do have a issue as a customer.
