Pros

Looks good on the CV. You can travel every once in a while.

Cons

Very stressful. They put the company's own inefficiencies and problems to be your overtime and weekend task to solve, then blame you if it's not possible. If you point out how many inpaid overtime you did for them to help them deliver even though their own systemic problems and want to ask for change, instead of thanking you for the extra effort, they'll say you can't do your job well enough if you need overtime for it. They do fake second unofficial Voice of Employees questionaires and then leave out the bad comments. They make it a goal to have a good Voiceo f Employee score for the location. Pure toxic power play.

Pros

Hybrid schedule, supportive managers, opportunities

Cons

Once you’re in, comp basically plateaus. Layoffs are happening across the board, which tends to be the full-time culture of citi. The vibe is very much “run lean” until something actually breaks, and only then consider adding headcount. You have to be intentional about protecting your work-life balance, because the implicit expectation is that you’re always on—24/7, 365—without the support of a properly staffed team.
