      Cons

      RTO mandates. Will be ramped to 3 days per week. Badge scanning report shows hours and they’re tracking the duration at the office too. Old In-house technology prevents workers from learning tools geared for the modern world. It’s a complete failure with zero solutions.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
