      Great firm to time waste , burn your career , zero progress in life financially and mentally , spoil mental health , to spoil future career job search.

      Cons

      I haven't got Pay Hike or Bonus for 4 consecutive years on top my wages are just 30K GBP for Application Developer position , this firm on top hires immigrants on Tier 2 Visa or UK student visa and suppress them with no growth until they get their ILR or British Citizenship I highly recommend not to even look at them,

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      Cons

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
