      Pros

      Good benefits, large company, trying to get ahead in engineering. Senior management trying to streamline for success although middle layers working backwards.

      Cons

      Must say yes to management, diverse thoughts not welcome. Several managers promoted who don't have real skills, daily task is strategizing on how to look good. Middle management is pretty bad. Pay not competitive.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
