Bureaucracy is out of control. Redundancies took out business origination capabilities. Yet, the bureaucrats who are just creating more paperwork (and of questionable quality) live on. Entire units of people who just send emails to other people asking what the correct data is to input into systems as they are unable to interpret documents to work out what the correct data inputs are.
