Pros
The overall experience has been disappointing. Employees may remain on the bench for extended periods, sometimes up to three months, before being asked to leave. There also appear to be inconsistencies in the internal interview process. Interview calls are often scheduled for technologies unrelated to a candidate's skills or experience. Additionally, each scheduled interview is counted as one of the maximum three interview opportunities, even if the interview is canceled or does not take place due to reasons such as position withdrawal or other internal issues. This process can significantly limit employees' chances of securing a suitable internal role.
Cons
After joining, employees are required to complete a coding assessment and a spoken English evaluation. Candidates are given a maximum of two attempts to pass each assessment. Failure to clear these assessments within the allotted attempts may result in separation from the organization. Additionally, the internal project allocation and interview process can be challenging, so it is advisable to be well-prepared. Good luck with your assessments and internal interviews.
