I feel incredibly lucky to work at this company. Not only has Citizens fully embraced my love for downtown Cleveland, but it has also given me countless opportunities to connect with the community through networking and social events that truly highlight what the organization stands for. The culture here is something special. Everyone—from my teammates to the group of managers I work with—has been so welcoming, helpful, and dedicated. The passion and hard work I see every day are inspiring. My manager, in particular, leads with genuine care and commitment, making it easy to show up motivated and proud of the work we do. It’s a true honor to be part of a company where people believe in each other, support one another, and push for excellence. Citizens is an amazing place to build a career, grow personally and professionally, and feel valued.
