Pros
Fair amount of time off each year. That's about it though. Please see Cons for more information regarding what there is to dislike.
Cons
Everything else. Funny enough, they have recently resorted to sending out friendly little emails to ask employees to go on Glassdoor and write a review... Well, I see that there has since been and influx of them. Trust me when I tell you, stay away. This company has so many areas of opportunity for improvement, and they could potentially be great, however, they lack the desire to make any changes that will improve the lives of those that are on the front lines every day. Branch employees are treated like crap.
