Pros
• If you know how to kiss up and manipulate, hurry up and apply. Fast promotions are guaranteed. • The Swan medical coverage was definitely a lifesaver to recover from the side effects of management.
Cons
• Toxic environment level 1000. Truly impressed with the consistency over the years. • Manipulative, rude, and vindictive senior managers, senior TLs, team leaders, and even unqualified senior agents. Special mention to the Moroccan ones; they should be deported for how they treat, speak to, and make employees feel. • Promotion system is simple: Just be on the good side & be the lapdog of the most toxic people in operations. The more toxic you are, the more you’ll be promoted. • They’ve mastered manipulation. They can get competent, honest people fired or make them hate their job enough to quit, just to promote their own group of muppets. • Those two IT guys ? Can’t be bothered to fix a simple problem, yet they always have plenty of time to blast music, flirt, smoke, and drink in the parking lot—real role models, like stray dogs with a day pass. • Everything is rigged: promotion test questions, shared answers, manipulated scores, and sudden “warnings” to push out deserving employees. All carefully calculated to make way for their favorite inner-circle puppets. * A particular RTA routinely behaves as though he is a campaign manager, openly criticizing employees and their performance alongside another good for nothing TL. This is ironic, given that he spends most of his shift sleeping at his desk, gossiping, and contributing nothing of value. Since he has extensive opinions on who is ‘not working properly,’ management may consider giving him a headset and having him take calls himself, so his actual competence can finally be measured.
