      Pros

      This job is great for someone looking to make a solid amount of money. They provide great benefits and pay. They randomly do giveaways, will sometimes give out food, and the staff is pretty laid back. Very understanding staff.

      Cons

      - Very strict schedule - not flexible hours - strict rules - must keep cell phones in your locker

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
