Pros

Consistent job with fourty hours a week, overtime is always available . unfortunately that is all the company had going for them

Cons

Poor management, inexperienced payroll admin, poor attitude from HR, office politics, no room for a raise, disconnect between client and employees, gridlock in communication,low employee moral.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
