Pros

Full time with benefits. There is pretty much nothing else beneficial about working there... this is forcing me to use twenty words so this sentence is filler.

Cons

Everything, for a job that pays 41,000 everywhere else they will pay you $27,000. There is nothing consistent they offer people opportunities then renege on the opportunity saying that the client doesn't want to pay for it. When they recruit you they lie, they say you can make $37,000/ year but it's only if you work 55 hours a week 52 weeks a year. They will book your vacation then ask you to slide it between weeks and if you don't agree to mandatory extended hours up to 44 hours they won't hire you. On top of not paying you a living wage their highest level of management on site makes $80,000 a year but complains his wife has to work. Other management show up in Mercedes but their advisors never see a raise based off performance. It's a Canadian version of a sweat shop. If you try to quit they will ask you what will make you stay but they don't actually follow through. They would rather pay millions of dollars in penalties by the client than pay their employees a penny more. When you try to move up there's favouritism instead of hiring based off performance and when you don't move up they tell you by email, they're too cowardly to pull you aside and tell you how to improve. Their mission statement is to be the employer of choice but the reality is they could care less about their staff.

Culture, career growth, leadership support and benefits are just a few of the pros.

Cons

I don’t have cons to share. I’ve been with the company for 15+ years.

Pros

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

Cons

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
