- The acquisition of ServiceSource was great initially but it went downhill for those who have been in the company for more than 2 years.
- The business model of B2B BPO doesn't work from economies of scale POV. If the goal is to get as many B2B employees as possible and turn it into a profit, then it's going to be a steep hill climb.
- It's ultimately a BPO trying to be a cool MNC like those Big Techs but yet fails to deliver the same experience. Big Techs rely on Concentrix to deliver low-value chain services at a lower cost. You can try asking the Singaporean current or former employees how has it been in the last 2 years and they will all say it's quite negative. The tech industry is so brutal that it eventually affects the business.
