Pros
This company hires warm bodies. If you are breathing and are capable of sitting upright for an 8 hour shift, you will get hired.
Cons
I am still waiting for a pay stub from my final check. Payroll and HR are disasters. No one in "management" or team leads have any sort of management experience or training. Promotions are based on whether you have been willing to endure the dysfunctional work environment for any length of time. The hiring process does not require any sort of drug test, which leads to extremely low quality employees.
