Learning, development and progression opportunities- if you want to gain experience in a particular area, whether it be management, training, technology etc, you can do a PDP, provided you request through the correct process. Diverse and Cultural, can meet people from across the globe- there are people from all kinds of backgrounds and cultures as there are so many languages across the business, I learn new things about other cultures every day. Agent roles are great stepping stones for people who want to progress their skills and their position. Salaries are competitive in comparison to other Belfast Call Centres.

Honestly, I've worked for many other call centers in and around Belfast city centre, and of all the call centers i have worked in, Concentrix is the best. At the end of the day, its a call centre, when applying for a call centre you should really know what you are getting in to- I believe some reviews on this are too harsh, and as someone who has worked on various campaigns and seen the company from various aspects, I believe Concentrix is truly a great company to work for.
