Pros
Good work environment , team members are very co operative to each others.
Cons
Some people from the Team leader and manager level(some not all), get closer to some guys who are are not even very good in work but they are very good in terms of chamcha giri (like always yes sir, sure sir and such things with the Team leader and manager even they do not try to share their own views or ideas because they fear that if they will suggest something then the TL or the manager will not support him, so always yes sir)
