      The product is cool, some great people in the team

      Cons

      Lack of processes and structure at a company of this size was surprising. The lack of tolerance that these need time to fix was even more surprising. Too many smart people are stuck in a routine of doing, this limits creativity and improvements

      Active change happening and it’s an exciting time and good group of people who know what they’re doing. Has an early 2000s feel with the vibes

      Cons

      Tight budgets as expected. Market average salary but good territories for GTM to make a lot of $. Stable as an employer with global growth. A few benefits still need to mature but also expected.
