      Supportive leadership and team, fun working environment, merit based comp, new challenges everyday, fair treatment when traveling w/ quick reimbursement, outstanding product, great teammates and customers! I love coming to work everyday! Greg Mark’s leadership has kept the CVM team stable over the entire time of my tenure.

      No cons. Coupa has been very good to me. I am so grateful to have landed at this company.

      Pros

      Active change happening and it’s an exciting time and good group of people who know what they’re doing. Has an early 2000s feel with the vibes

      Cons

      Tight budgets as expected. Market average salary but good territories for GTM to make a lot of $. Stable as an employer with global growth. A few benefits still need to mature but also expected.
