You can work at Edelman for a very long time, and completely reinvent yourself many time along the way. There are hundreds of niche experts in all areas throughout the company - you never have to wing it with clients, you can find an expert to weigh in. My co-workers are passionate about this company in a way that simply doesn't exist at publically held companies. Our U.S. workforce of 2,000 is a force to behold - and we usually win at what we set out to accomplish.
