      The culture truly is like a family. Employees are hardworking and are treated fairly.

      Limited WFH options. 10 days a year does not offer much flexibility. Typically no stock options until director level.

      Lack of Work Life Balance and WFH, lower bonus in comparison to other companies,. Lack of career progressions due to favoritism or promotion of lower qualified individuals who would remain loyal to leaderships interests.
