Pros
Great culture - employees are solutions-driven, and we have a positive environment. FIS has good policies and procedures in place, and looks for ways to improve them constantly. There are a lot of cross-training opportunities, and hard work is definitely rewarded.
Cons
Benefits have steadily declined over the last 10 years. Occasionally home-work life gets out of balance with high-profile clients, but that goes with the IT Industry in general.
