Simply pathetic and waste of 5 months. Was forced to resign as they couldn't afford me and they didn't like critics - Team Lead FIS Employee Review

Worst management, worst transport, pathetic and old computers, slow internet, cafeteria food sucks, no phones allowed, etc. etc. The list if very long. I re-joined this company after 6 years on a higher position. I was not able to find even a single good thing about FIS. People at below Managers position are just treated as slave and don't get respected. Management doesn't trust you at all. Most of the management is into hire and fire. If they want you to leave they'll harrass you till the time you resign or fill the resign by their own. They'll make you leave and suffer. Don't join this company. Even a decent start-up is a better place to work.
