Technical skills can be developed Banking industry knowledge Professional work environment can be expected Working remotely is allowed which is a big plus especially for employees with kids to take care of Solid banking products that are very stable and have been operational for many years Good support on the banking products and excellent phone support from the data center Good chances of being relocated to other sites if assignment at one site comes to an end. This is also true with international assignments also. They have quite a few projects overseas which have been ongoing for a long time.
