I joined this company 4 years back, after rejecting offers from other big companies offering higher salary, thinking it is the most stable company (history of no layoffs) , good work life balance, excellent supportive employees, good employee benefits etc. however, within a year, things changed drastically. In India market vertical, all our clients are either leaving or left already, FIS Profile product is so sub-standard, all good employees have already left the company and the remaining ones are either hanging on to the thread or highly incapable. Management is totally worthless.
I usually never give bad review to any company I work for because I am always grateful for the job I have. However this company has turned my optimism into complete hopelessness.
I sincerely hope our company gets good clients, hire back good employees and regain its lost status.
