Management does not listen to ideas from employees, even though CEO's Philosophy is that who knows are jobs the best but the employees on the frontline. They say there is an opendoor policy but when we tried to submit ideas to corporate that send us back to our managers. District level managers make changes without thinking of consquenses to the operation, customers or its employees. Computerized reports are not accurate, you need to account for human error, which you don't. It's all about numbers, numbers, numbers.
