      Pros

      Wages are incredibly high. Medical, dental, vision insurance for part time employees. Sick pay (after 1year of employment) Relaxed schedule. Great atmosphere. Management is awesome.

      Cons

      Job is and will never be full time unfortunately. No guaranteed hours. You work til the freight is loaded. Exposure to elements (hot in summer, freezing in winter.)

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
